Why do we take brain breaks?
They allow us to refocus and get our brains back into learning mode! They give us time to get our bodies moving and energized for the rest of the day.
What do you do if you need to use the restroom?
Ask Ms. Capps! Then grab a bathroom pass and leave it on your desk. Go quickly and quietly and don't forget to wash your hands!
