Bible Characters: Who Am I?

I served God for at least 46 years. My name means “Salvation of Jehovah.”

I was an orphan who became queen of Persian King Ahasuerus.

I was the father of the strongest man (Judges 13:8)

I convinced my nine brothers not to kill my brother Joseph

The four Gospels list more of my statements than those of any other apostle. Jehovah used me mightily to preach and to ‘strengthen his brothers.

Jehovah appointed me to be Israel’s first high priest. (Hint: Numbers 20:12, 1)

In prayer, I promised Jehovah that if I had a son, I would bring him to serve at the tabernacle

Jehovah through an Angel gave me a new name (Gen 32:28)

I am, the nephew of Abraham, and lived in the city of Sodom

I was the first king of Israel (1Sa 10:1)
