    Start in a crawling position, stretch out our arms and straighten your legs - lifting your hips towards the ceiling.
  • Let's Practice Butterfly pose
    Sit down and try to touch the bottoms of your feet together. Move knees up and down like butterfly wings - BREATHE
  • Let's practice MOUNTAIN Pose.
    Stand or sit up tall, straight spine. Head stretched tall to the ceiling and hands out to your sides, chest forward. You are a big strong mountain - BREATHE
