What are some things that can be done to boost / increase your self-esteem?
Use positive affirmations, think "I can" and not "I can't", don't expect perfection from yourself, etc.
Do some of you often compare yourself to others?
It's natural to compare ourselves with others. But sometimes, we feel like we're not quite good enough. Remind yourself that everyone has their own strengths.
Do we have to be perfect in life? In everything we do, in how we look, and so on?
