  • Take a slow, deep breath in and hold for five seconds.

  • Bend over and touch your toes. Take three deep breaths in while your head is upside down.

  • Put one hand on your belly. Take a slow deep breath in and feel your hand rise. Hold for 10 seconds.

  • Take in a breath through your nose and pull your shoulders up towards your ears. Hold there for a count of 5.

  • Cough three times.

  • Put one hand on your belly. Take a slow deep breath in and feel your hand rise. Hold for 10 seconds then slowly release your breath.

  • Put your hands behind you back and link them together.

  • Take a deep breath in. Now exhale by doing little puffs of air out while pulling your belly in.

  • Hold your breath for 10 seconds.

  • Sit up tall and reach one hand across your body to the opposite knee for a seated twist. Inhale and exhale slowly here for three breaths.

  • Blow out slowly for as long as possible.

  • Inhale while rolling your shoulders up and exhale while rolling your shoulders down. Repeat 5 times.

  • Do 10 jumping jacks.

  • Blow a pinwheel and get it moving as fast as possible in 20 seconds.

  • Lift your arms over your head and clasp them together. Gently bend to one side while inhaling and exhaling.
