    Get on the floor, pretend you are crawling - HAPPY CAT -chin toward the ceiling & relax back downward...ANGREY CAT- chin on chest, look down & round back upward

  • Let get into our BUTTERFLY pose
    Sit down and try to touch the bottoms of your feet together. Move knees up and down like butterfly wings

  • Let's learn CHILDS POSE together
    Get on your hands and knees (if possible.) OR sit up tall and lift your hands over your head and bend forward until your forehead touches the table or floor.

  • Let's practice the "Happy Baby Pose."
    lay on your back, lift your feet into the air and bend your knees. Now hold your feet. Extra Credit -Can you rock back and forth!!!

  • Let do our MOUNTAIN Pose
    stand or sit up tall, straight spine. Head stretched tall to the ceiling and hands out to your sides, chest forward. You are a big strong mountain - BREATHE

  • TREE POSE is a bit harder.
    Stand/Sit up tall like a tree, put the bottom of one foot on your other leg, balancing on one foot, hands up over your head like branches. Hold onto something.

  • Let's practice our "HELLO SUN" Pose (sun salutation)
    Stand or sit up tall, looking up... then lift your arms slowly over your head and touch your palms together - BREATHE!

  • Lets practice "DOWNWARD DOG" Pose
    Start in a crawling position, stretch out our arms and straighten your legs - lifting your hips towards the ceiling.
