Unjust treatment of different categories of people or things, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex

What is a stereotype? Give an examples
A widely held but fixed and oversimplified image or idea of a particular type of person or thing. Girls like dolls and boys like balls; all asians look the same
What is nepotism?
The act of using your power or influence to get good jobs or unfair advantages for members of your own family
A fight has broken out during playground. Two six-years-old boys, one caucasian and the other dark-skinned, traded punchs. What should you do as a teacher now?
Listen to both sides of the story and then decide a fair punishment, not favouring any child

Racism
A student has come to you, the headmaster of the school, with a complaint about their treatment. What should you do?
