How long is the FCE Certificate valid?
For life.
Do you lose marks for incorrect answers?
No. If you give a wrong answer, it is the same as giving no answer.
Is American spelling allowed?
Yes, if it is used consistently.
Are words like "doesn't" and "isn't" counted as one or two words?
Two words.
Does it matter if you make spelling mistakes in the Listening Paper?
No, minor mistakes are not penalised, but your intention must be clear.
Do you take the Speaking test alone?
No, the Speaking test is in pairs or three candidates.

40 minutes and it is composed by 4 parts.
