Caleb's alarm clock didn't go off this morning which was peculiar. When Caleb eventually woke up he rushed to work. When he arrived his boss said "I need to see you in my office immediately."

Chris pulled himself under the blankets. His dad was bringing him medicine and water. He said it was apparent that Chris couldn't go to school today

Martha walked through the grocery store getting everything she needed to make something special. She bought eggs, flour, sugar, chocolate sprinkles, and even edible flowers.

Max and Fred had been playing outside for a while when the street lights came on. Max said, "I'm starting to feel sluggish, I am going to go home now!"

When Johnathan when to visit his aunt, he noticed a cage in the corner with a sheet over it. There were audible chirping noises coming from it.
